The Healing Forest has since expanded including the fields of naturopathic medicine, chiropractic, osteopathy, massage and facial rejuvenation acupuncture. Most TCM doctors at The Healing Forest have undergone classic TCM training through Dr. Henry, who has dedicated his own personal time to spreading this type of education in Calgary.
The vision of The Healing Forest is to utilize holistic treatment methods to help every patient resolve their health issues. The doctors and practitioners at The Healing Forest believe in targeting the root of health issues rather than focusing on treating symptoms, to ensure that health problems are permanently resolved. A successful treatment means that a patient will no longer rely on medicine or acupuncture in order to be healthy. The clinic differs from Western medical practices as Traditional Chinese Medicine is geared towards tailored treatment plans for individuals rather than using a “one size fits all” concept.
